- Online comparison with photos of the different types of labrador retriever english and american?
Hello, I have now narrowed down my search for a dog breed to Yellow Labrador Retriever, but now I have found that there are 2 distinct types, English and American, I am trying to find a good source for a comparison but have not been able to find one. I'm basically looking for a website or sites that can provide me with all the details needed to adequately compare the 2 types of yellow labrador retriever including photos. Would appreciate your help

A There is ONE breed standard. The American and Enlish standard is the same. Good breeders breed to that standard. A well bred Lab should be both successful in work and show. - Do these photos look like my labrador has bloat? (URGENT PLEASE HELP)?
My labrador has been panting very hard for the last half an hour. She didn't seem unwell earlier and it's been hours since she's eaten, but in the last while she's been acting very oddly: She's hardly moving around, very reluctant to get up and walk or anything. She's just lying here panting, and when I put my hand on her I discovered that she's also trembling. Her entire body has tremors running through it (I can actually see her shivering now). Sometimes she stops panting for a while only to start up again after a few minutes. She's very restless. Also, something very similar happened before (almost exactly the same symptoms) and it turned out she was just very dehydrated. It has been hot and when she went outside she was drinking like crazy but she's not drinking at all now. It was literally only about an hour ago that she was running around outside barking at a cat. She was fed at least 4 hours before that. I'm very worried about her but as it's 3AM there isn't much I can do unless I wake up my parents and we drive across the city to the only animal ER I know of... Can someone help? Does it look, in those photos, like a bloat or could she just have indigestion or something? Her stomach was "rumbling" earlier, the sort of sound mine makes when I'm either very hungry or very "farty" (and she was farting as well, much worse (smellier) than usual... Any help would be unbelievably appreciated. I'm scared to death right now :(
